Tasneem Bhaiji - Your Fitness Coach
Movement is kinda my thing. My philosophy is that it should be part of our daily lives. If we move daily, we feel better, we breathe better and we can transform our lives. Movement gives me the confidence to take chances and do things I never thought were possible for me. That’s the energy I bring to ALL of my training sessions. I’m all about providing a safe, supportive, yet challenging environment where you can be free to crush your goals and live the confident limitless life you deserve.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as Muay Thai & Kickboxing Coach. I train to live a limitless lifestyle and I believe that through movement each and every one of us can live a life without barriers. Through martial arts, especially kickboxing I have been able to reach many of my milestones due to the discipline of martial arts and the confidence you gain through consistent training. Through strength training, I have been able to climb mountains and trust that my body, mind, and spirit can confidently get me through everything that I set my mind to.
My promise to you as your trainer is that in every session and in every workout, you’ll leave feeling stronger than you were when you started. My ultimate goal is to help you feel confident in your body and strong to live a limitless life.

Hi! I help people reach their health and weight loss goals through foundational nutrition and the building of healthy habits, one manageable step at a time - for lifelong health.
A part of my job that I love is that moment for clients when habits start to form and things just click - making their path forward smoother and boosting their confidence. Going through this process is transformative, not just in building a stronger, healthier body, but also in energy and self-belief.
I am all about celebrating your small wins because every step in the right direction adds up to BIG change. Working with me, we focus on one day at a time - when you look back you may be surprised by how far you have come.
One of the reasons I became a nutrition coach is because I know that what you eat can make a huge difference in how you feel, but I also know that many of the obstacles to eating nutritious food have nothing to do with nutritious food.

As part of the coaching process, we look at obstacles in all areas of your life, like sleep and stress management, because your life is all interconnected.
*Fun fact: Not getting enough sleep and being stressed out actually impact the hormones ghrelin and leptin causing you to feel hungrier.
What you can expect from me is kindness, understanding, serious problem solving skills, and a zero-judgment zone. I will be your biggest cheerleader. Even on hard days (there will be hard days), you will have support, guidance, and the knowledge that you CAN do this. I already know you can and we haven’t even met.
The feedback I have received is that clients consider me to be a coach who is encouraging and effective.
